Vestens Mikrobryggeri is located on the west coast of Jutland, where tranquility, nature and fresh air set the pace. Here we work every day with taste, craftsmanship and good ingredients.

 

We have been fascinated by kombucha for many years and started brewing for our own consumption at home in 2019. What started as curiosity quickly turned into a passion. We fell in love with the process and the special balance between freshness, depth and natural bubbling life.

 

In 2021, we took the next step and completed an international training course in commercial kombucha brewing.

That's when we really started sharing our brew with others. Since then, we've developed our skills, honed our craft, and built on the idea that the best things happen when you give time, quality, and space to the details.

 

We hand-brew with the highest quality ingredients, preferably organic, and we believe that every bottle should taste like more than just something delicious. It should taste like thoughtfulness, good ingredients, and a product that is made with respect for both the process and the experience in the glass.

 

That's why we are proud to brew high-quality kombucha, filled with healthy microorganisms and lots of flavor.

 

And although kombucha was where it all began, that's not where it stops.

Today we also brew Elderflower Bubbles, Wild Apple Cider, Specialty Beer, Ginger Beer, Tonic and Moonshine.
