Terms and conditions of sale and subscription
Subscription Terms
Only persons who are 18 years of age or older and reside in Denmark may enter into a subscription agreement with VESTENS Mikrobryggeri.
The customer must read and accept the terms and conditions of sale in order to be permitted to use the service.
The service gives the customer access to VESTENS Mikrobryggeri’s services when placing orders.
The customer must register a user account on the portal in order to access the Service.
Registration and user access
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is correct at the time of registration. When registering, the customer may only provide information relating to their own payment and credit cards.
Upon registration, the customer must choose a username and password (hereinafter “Login Details”). The user’s Login Details are personal and may not be used by others unless otherwise stated on the product.
The customer is responsible for all use of their user account.
If the customer suspects unlawful use of the customer’s Login Details, the customer must immediately notify Wild Apple Kombucha and change their password.
Payment for the subscription is made in advance each month.
The customer must make payment for the subscription using the payment methods offered by VESTENS Mikrobryggeri on the website. The customer undertakes to sign the necessary documents and, on each payment date, to have sufficient funds available for payment via the chosen payment method.
VESTENS Mikrobryggeri reserves the right to change any fee and other terms for the service. The change must be communicated to the customer no later than 30 days before the change takes effect. In the event of such changes, the customer is entitled to terminate the subscription with effect from the date the change takes effect. If the customer does not terminate the subscription before the change takes effect, this shall be regarded as acceptance of the change. Changes that are clearly to the customer’s benefit take effect immediately without any right of termination for the customer.
Termination of subscription
Termination of the service may take place at the end of the payment period of 1 month from the most recent payment. To terminate the agreement, you must contact VESTENS Mikrobryggeri by email: kl@vestensmikrobryggeri.dk
Payment
VESTENS Mikrobryggeri accepts online payments with Dankort and Visa.
Payment will not be debited from your account until the physical goods are dispatched or the virtual product has been created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
VESTENS Mikrobryggeri uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information using the SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by unauthorised third parties.
VESTENS Mikrobryggeri’s own website also uses encryption with the SSL protocol.
Delivery
The delivery time for your order is 1–7 days. As a rule, we deliver goods ourselves every Monday, but during certain periods we will use PostNord.
Right of withdrawal (cancellation)
A full right of return of 14 days is granted for goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Any return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Notice of withdrawal must be given to us no later than 14 days after delivery, and the returned goods must reach us no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of withdrawal.
Your request to exercise the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to kl@vestensmikrobryggeri.dk. The message must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This means you may try the goods in the same way as you would in a physical shop.
If the goods have been tried beyond what is described above, they are considered used and of reduced value. This means that if you withdraw from the purchase, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund of the purchase amount. It is up to VESTENS Mikrobryggeri to assess the condition of the goods.
Complaints (right to claim for defects)
A 2-year right to complain applies to products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain covers all defects in software, materials and workmanship.
Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to VESTENS Mikrobryggeri within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. A maximum of 1 month is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We refund reasonable shipping costs.
The right to complain is forfeited in the event of incorrect or unusual use of the product.
